TDI Windstorm Certificates

**Only Texas Licensed Engineers or TDI Inspectors may perform Windstorm Certification or WPI-8 inspections in Texas. ** 

Windstorm Certifications or WPI-8 Certificates are delivered directly to TDI by the engineering firm or TDI Inspector; the certificates are not sent to the property owner directly, nor are they provided by Shingle Masters LLC.  

In order to view the Windstorm Certificate or WPI-8, you must search for it on the TDI Windstorm Search website.

Shingle Masters, LLC is not an engineering firm.  We are not licensed to perform TDI Windstorm Certificate inspections.  We can only recommend an engineering firm to perform the inspection. 

Shingle Masters, LLC is not liable for the performance of any engineering firm or independent engineer.  Therefore, Shingle Masters, LLC cannot guarantee the timely delivery of windstorm certifications to property owners.  

Final payment is due in full immediately after completion of the project.  Final payment is due in full even if the selected engineering firm has not completed or sent the windstorm certification.
